Overview of our Fundraising Process:
Start by reviewing the wholesale pricing link included in your welcome email. Our simple 5-step onboarding process will walk you through selecting your products, setting your prices, and creating custom sales links & QR codes for your social media, website, and flyers. Once your team finishes selling, just let us know — our new Plant Buy software will automatically consolidate all your orders and calculate your exact profit.
If most of your payments were made by credit card, we’ll send you a check at the end of your fundraiser. You choose your delivery and pickup date, then we’ll ensure your products arrive ready for easy distribution
Important: Please notify us when your fundraiser has ended by November 3rd. For traditional paper fundraisers, all final orders must be submitted by midnight on November 3rd to guarantee delivery during the week of Thanksgiving.
Different types of fundraisers.
Most Popular – Online Fundraisers
Our most popular option! Online fundraisers run through the Plant Buy platform with all sales processed securely via Stripe. Funds go directly to Turnbull Evergreens, and at the end of your fundraiser, we’ll send you a check with your total profits. You’ll receive simple setup instructions and a link to your personalized sales pages — it’s fast, easy, and effective.
Traditional – Paper Fundraisers
Used less frequently, but still available. Paper fundraisers give you complete flexibility to run your campaign your way. We’ll provide product images and descriptions to help you create flyers. Your group collects payments directly, and we’ll send an invoice at the end based on your final order.
Hybrid – A Mix of Both
Hybrid fundraising combines the ease of online sales with the personal touch of paper forms. It requires a bit more organization.
Paper Order submissions can be sent via email to [email protected] or uploaded to our website.
Order Minimums, Payments & Payouts
Each item has a minimum order requirement by box or bundle. Once your orders are consolidated, you can download a PDF showing the total boxes/bundles you’ll receive and the invoice total.
- If most of your sales were online and you have a net positive payout, you’ll receive a check.
- If most of your donations were collected in cash or by check, you’ll need to pay the remaining balance.
- All deliveries are each & box orders. Pickups can be done by bundle.
